Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, invites passionate professionals to become part of our dynamic team as Programme Manager.

This role holds the overall operational accountability of the faculty, coordinating between the faculty, campus and the Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) to ensure alignment of academic processes across academic operations, campus operations, faculty, and curriculum delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum of an Honours Degree (NQF Level 8).
• Teaching and Learning experience (preferably in Higher Education).
• Academic Administration and Operations Management experience within a Tertiary Academic Institution.
• Project Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall operational accountability of the faculty and coordinate between the faculty, campus and ACE to ensure alignment of academic processes across operations, campus, faculty and curriculum delivery.
• Prepare annual budgets for the faculty and monitor expenditures against the budget.
• Manage day-to-day operations and all matters related to faculty administration.
• Direct campus staff to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of support services for the faculty.
• Plan and manage campus training on policies, procedures and plans; define rollout plans in liaison with key roles.
• Develop and monitor the faculty operation plan, ensure compliance with policy and governance, and report to the Dean.
