Job summary

Rosebank International invites applications for a Programme Manager who will hold overall operational accountability of the faculty. You will coordinate between the faculty, campuses and ACE to align academic operations, campus operations, programme delivery and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Honours degree (NQF 8) required.
• Teaching and learning in higher education preferred; 5+ years.
• Academic administration and operations management experience within a tertiary institution; 3+ years.
• Project management experience; 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the faculty, campus and the Academic Centre of Excellence (ACE) to ensure alignment of academic processes across academic operations, campus operations, programme, and curriculum delivery.
• Prepare the annual budget for the Faculty in accordance with the faculty plan and monitor expenditures against that budget.
• Assist the Dean in managing day-to-day operations and all matters related to Programme administration.
• Direct campus staff associated with the faculty to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of support services for the faculty.
