Job summary

Rosebank International, part of the ADvTECH Group, seeks an academic professional to monitor and support a programme and its stakeholders, ensuring lecturer performance, Teaching-Learning delivery and results submission. The role involves coordinating module-level teaching and administering related activities.

Applicants should hold an Honours degree and, ideally, a PGCE or equivalent. Experience with LMS platforms and modular curriculum coordination is expected to support student success and

Qualifications

• Honours degree in a relevant field and a strong teaching background.
• Master’s degree is advantageous for progression and scope.
• PGCE or equivalent Education/Training qualification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and engage students based on module requirements.
• Update Learning Management System (LMS) and provide feedback to students.
• Quality assure lecturer engagement, attendance and participation to enhance Teaching-Learning.
• Design and implement module-specific interventions and resources.
• Analyse results to assess module performance and identify at-risk modules.
• Assist with student registration and orientation as required.
