Job summary

Srg Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Training Manager for Isipingo, Durban South to identify training needs and develop staff across the factory. You will be on the factory floor, demonstrating tasks, observing employees and driving safety and production standards.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, ability to run apprenticeship/graduate development programs, and strong knowledge of SETA requirements and workplace training frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, industrial psychology or related field.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience with factory-floor operations.
• Experience implementing apprenticeship models, learnerships or graduate development programs.
• Training employees on machinery, production processes, quality standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Identify employee training needs and develop skills across the workforce.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and improve operational performance through training programs; demonstrate tasks on the factory floor.
