SRG Recruitment is seeking a qualified Training and Development professional in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The ideal candidate will lead talent development initiatives within a manufacturing setting, focusing on apprenticeship schemes, learnerships and graduate programmes to build capability and drive impact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in T&D in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of SETA requirements and workplace training frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Training and Development within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience implementing and managing apprenticeship models, learnerships and / or graduate development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SETA requirements, skills development legislation and workplace training frameworks.
