Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our Ballito, South Africa operation. This hands-on role oversees the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the contact centre, including facilities management, health and safety, security, and vendor relationships.

You will work with Operations, IT, landlords, contractors, and external service providers to ensure a safe, professional, and high-performing workplace that supports site growth and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management, Built Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities management experience in a BPO, corporate office, contact centre, or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating facilities projects, emergency responses, and business continuity activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our Ballito contact centre.
• Manage facilities, health and safety compliance, security operations, maintenance, vendor relationships, and site infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT, landlords, contractors, and external service providers to maintain a safe and high-performing workplace.
• Monitor budgets, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness.
