Old Mutual Insure Limited is seeking a Facilities Requisitions Approver to review, validate and approve facilities-related requisitions in line with the organisation’s authority framework, budgets and procurement policies.

The role requires ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness and operational necessity while maintaining service standards and COVID-19 safety considerations where applicable. The appointment aligns with the Employment Equity Plan and the dedicated business unit.

Qualifications

• Matric and basic admin proficiency.
• 2 years administration/requisition approvals experience.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Follows standardised processes and provides administrative support.
• Delivers on daily production standards and adheres to service and quality standards.
• Provides an indirect service to customers and intermediaries.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve facilities requisitions in line with delegated authority.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and business justification of requisitions.
• Verify documentation, quotations and approvals are in place.
• Confirm goods/services fall within approved Facilities Management scope.
• Ensure compliance with approval limits and procurement policy.
