Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd Centurion is seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee multi-site operations, including office, warehouse, retail and hospitality spaces. The role requires strong financial acumen and hands-on vendor/contract management, plus a focus on tenant and customer service.

You will drive health and safety compliance, manage building services and maintenance, and implement safety policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in facilities or business management.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• At least 5 years experience in facilities or operations management.
• Experience in managing multi-site facilities (office, warehouse, retail and hospitality).
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
• Facilities and Building Management (Tenants); Hospitality and Retail Facilities (Coffee shop); Office Facilities and Support (Maintenance and cleaning); Health, Safety and Compliance; Financial and Vendor Management.

My client is looking to urgently appoint a suitable candidate to join their team. Somebody with lots of energy and good people skills. The successful incumbent must have strong facilities and operations management skills, financial acumen, vendor and contract management experience and customer and tenant service experience

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant qualification in facilities or business management
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English - non negotiable
• Must have at least 5 years experience in facilities or operations management
