Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related trade.
• Broad knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to tasks.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs such as patching walls, fixing doors, and repairing minor plumbing issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and report any defects or needed repairs.
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks, including landscaping and general site tidiness.
