Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or in a similar trade role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in at least one skilled trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift, climb, and work in varied environments.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies across the facility.
• Conduct general repairs and upkeep (carpentry, painting, minor structural work).
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas, coordinating with cleaning staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety regulations and procedures.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and ensure equipment is in good order.
