Qualifications

• Proven experience as Building Maintenance Technician or similar.
• Solid understanding of building systems incl. electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in East London.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
