Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in facilities maintenance/management with 3+ in senior leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive facilities maintenance plan (preventive, corrective, predictive).
• Lead maintenance staff and drive high performance and development.
• Manage the facilities budget and allocate resources efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural), strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse maintenance team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
