Job summary

Sydsen is seeking an F&A Manager in Gauteng to secure finance for customers and ensure compliant advisory on options. You will oversee debtors, handle documentation, and coordinate with sales, finance houses and insurers.

The role demands at least three years in financial services or dealership finance, FAIS/NCA/RE/COB/CPD readiness, and strong knowledge of vehicle finance processes. Permanent position based in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3+ years in financial services or dealership finance
• FAIS accreditation against FCA requirements
• NCA, RE, COB and CPD requirements completed
• Solid knowledge of vehicle finance and credit application processes

Responsibilities

• Secure suitable finance deals for customers with supporting docs
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide compliant advice
• Present and facilitate sale of value-added products
• Ensure finance/insurance docs are accurate and complete

Duties and Responsibilities

Secure suitable finance deals for customers by obtaining required supporting documentation Conduct financial needs analysis and provide customers with clear, appropriate and compliant advice regarding finance options Present and facilitate the sale of approved value-added products Ensure all finance, insurance, and deal documentation is accurate and complete Oversee and monitor the debtors book relating to finance transactions Ensure FICA and RMCP requirements are met for finance transactions Maintain regular communication with customers, sales executives, finance houses, and insurers Support effective administration by ensuring customer files and compliance records are complete Take ownership of personal performance and continuous professional development

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 Minimum of three years' financial services or dealership finance experience FAIS accreditation in line with Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements NCA, RE, COB, and CPD requirements must be completed Sound knowledge of vehicle finance and credit application processes
