Job summary

ARCS in South Africa seeks an experienced F&I Manager to oversee vehicle finance and deal structuring within a busy dealership.

You will handle VAP sales, ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS and FICA, and manage deal files. Knowledge of Signio and Keyloop/Kerridge is a plus. Matric and RE5 are essential qualifications for this role.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 and relevant NQF level qualification.
• RE5 – Essential and DOFA up to date.
• Current Class of Business and CPD certificates.
• Strong knowledge of NCA, FAIS and FICA.
• F&I training for motor dealerships.
• Strong vehicle finance and dealer processes knowledge.
• Computer literate including Excel and dealership systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant NQF Level qualification.
• RE5 – Essential.
• DOFA in place and up to date.
• Current Class of Business.
• Up-to-date CPD certificates.
• Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA), FAIS and FICA.
• Motor dealership F&I training.
• Strong vehicle finance and finance-house process knowledge.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and relevant dealership systems.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3–5 years' F&I experience within the motor industry.
• Proven experience in vehicle finance, deal structuring, VAP sales, compliance and deal-file management.
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager, Business Manager or Senior F&I Consultant will be advantageous.
• Motor dealership F&I experience is essential.
• Experience with Signio, Keyloop/Kerridge or similar systems advantageous.
