Job summary

ARCS in Cape Town is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead vehicle finance activities, deal structuring, and compliance within a busy motor dealership.

The role requires strong knowledge of NCA, FAIS, FICA, and hands-on experience with Signio or Keyloop/Kerridge systems to manage deal files and ensure accurate documentation.

Candidates should have Matric, an NQF qualification, RE5, DOFA, CPD, and a track record of 3-5 years in F&I; supervisory experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vehicle finance and deal-file management.
• Strong knowledge of NCA, FAIS and FICA requirements.
• Experience with motor dealership finance processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&I activities within a motor dealership and oversee deal structuring.
• Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS and FICA in all transactions.
• Manage deal files and documentation using Signio or Keyloop/Kerridge.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Relevant NQF Level qualification.
• RE5 Essential.
• DOFA in place and up to date.
• Current Class of Business.
• Up-to-date CPD certificates.
• Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act (NCA), FAIS and FICA .
• Motor dealership F&I training.
• Strong vehicle finance and finance-house process knowledge.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and relevant dealership systems.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 35 years' F&I experience within the motor industry .
• Proven experience in vehicle finance, deal structuring, VAP sales, compliance and deal-file management.
• Previous experience as an F&I Manager, Business Manager or Senior F&I Consultant will be advantageous.
• Motor dealership F&I experience is essential.
• Experience with Signio, Keyloop/Kerridge or similar systems advantageous.
