Vine Recruitment seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets in Franschhoek, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and room service. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, service standards and food safety in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, budgeting, stock control and a proven track record in hospitality management within fast-paced environments. Weekend shifts and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in F&B operations, supervisory/management role.
• Experience in hospitality establishments is advantageous.
