Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Maintain high customer service standards and handle guest feedback.
• Recruit, train and manage F&B staff; schedule shifts and allocate staff.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports; monitor costs (food, beverage, labor).
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance; oversee food and beverage quality.
• Maintain inventory; coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Develop promotional ideas and strategies to increase F&B sales.
