You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and high operational standards through strategic leadership and hands-on management.

Responsibilities include budgeting, menu engineering, pricing strategy, inventory control, staff development, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior F&B leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering outstanding customer service in Paarl.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all F&B operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Develop and implement plans to optimize revenue, control costs, and profitability.
• Oversee menu engineering, pricing, and inventory management for F&B outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and professional development.
