Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role within food & beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Manage and train bar and waiting staff, setting performance standards and providing coaching.
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Assist with menu implementation, specials, and promotional activities.
