Job summary

CFS Recruitment is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for a luxury safari lodge in Limpopo, South Africa. The role oversees all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets and events, ensuring service quality, hygiene and budget adherence.

With at least five years in F&B management within hospitality or tourism, you will lead, train and develop a diverse team, drive revenue, manage procurement, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of F&B management experience in hospitality or tourism.
• Formal hospitality qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and procurement.
• Excellent hygiene and health/safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations across outlets and events.
• Develop strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining quality.
• Recruit, train and develop staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and manage procurement.
