Job summary

The Staff Connection is seeking an experienced Senior F&B Manager for a luxury 5-star hotel in Cape Town. You will oversee all Food & Beverage outlets and lead a high-performing service team to deliver five-star guest experiences.

Candidates must be SA local, possess a Diploma in Hospitality, and have a minimum of five years in a senior F&B management role in a luxury hotel, with strong budgeting, cost control, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Food & Beverage operation across all outlets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team.
• Maintain 5-star service standards and exceptional guest experience.
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Control food and beverage costs, stock, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior management to ensure seamless operations.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a 5-star hotel
• Strong background in luxury hospitality operations
• Exceptional staff management, coaching, and leadership abilities
• Proven experience managing large teams across restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service operations
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, stock management, and service standards
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence
• Professional, well-presented, and service-driven

Key responsibilities:
