Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a dining host for a cruise ship, responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages with efficiency. German fluency is essential for guest communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in cruise ship or 5-star hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background check and obtain necessary cruise ship certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in the dining area, considering dietary restrictions.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter into the system accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Assist guests with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for a hygienic dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
