Qualifications

• Completed FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher.
• Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve qualified leads from internal channel sales pipeline and contact existing or new customers to generate a sale.
• Contact prospective clients and sell banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, from engagement to processing applications and post-sales queries.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing timelines, and governance requirements.
• Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Track and influence sales activities to achieve set targets.
