Job summary

Our client in the oil and lubricants sector is seeking an External Sales Representative to generate leads and build relationships with spare shops in Vereeniging/Sedibeng, Gauteng. You will prospect, present products and close deals with independent retailers. You will travel locally and report to the sales supervisor.

Key requirements include matric or NQF4, a Code 8 license with own transport, and at least 2 years of sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification.
• Valid driver's license (Code 8) and own reliable transport.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, decision-making, selling, negotiation, planning and organization skills.
• Previous Oil and Lubricants industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience selling directly to spare shops is essential.
