Absa Group is looking for an External Sales Consultant to actively pursue sales growth and deliver high-quality service. You will own and deliver sales targets for the allocated portfolio, collaborate with various banking teams, and represent Absa at external engagements to drive lead generation and visibility in the region.

You will plan and execute education on Absa’s value proposition, identify opportunities, and build networks within the area to support growth and migration targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking is required.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver on sales targets for the allocated portfolio in the B2C environment.
• Collaborate on sales opportunities across business disciplines (RB, CIB, Physical Channels).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive sale and service targets for the region.
• Engage with customers to analyse needs and provide end-to-end client solutions.
• Represent Absa at external sales engagements within assigned areas such as workplace banking schemes and major events.
