Job summary

FAW Group in Head Office is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Export) to support the sales team with invoicing, order processing and export documentation. The role necessitates coordinating with finance and logistics to ensure accurate invoicing and on-time deliveries.

You will monitor regional sales performance, prepare export reports and assist with quotes, supplier orders and ad hoc admin tasks, while upholding company policies and maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Matric or higher is required.
• National Diploma or certificates in Sales Management or related field.
• 2-3 years' experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Code 8 licence.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, ensure all information on invoicing instruction are correct prior to manager's signature.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends in various regions.
• Work closely with finance to support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations.
• Manage export and cross-trade to other African countries, with knowledge of incoterms.
• Request quotations and issuing of orders to the suppliers.
• Ensuring timely payments in line with credit terms.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate the pre delivery inspections.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of trucks.
• Provide accurate and consistent feedback to management.
• Track back orders for invoicing and delivery
• Compilation and distribution of export sales reports.
• Supporting stock & Delivery department with admin and ad hoc duties.
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• High attention to detail.
