Job summary

Primeserv Recruitment is seeking an Export Logistics Officer to coordinate export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely, cost-effective and compliant movement of goods to international customers.

The role requires 3 to 5 years' experience in export logistics and freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, export documentation, and ERP/freight management systems. Excellent communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / International Trade / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in export logistics and freight forwarding.
Experience managing sea export shipments.
Experience working with customers brokers, shipping lines and freight forwarding companies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate export shipments from origin to destination.
Plan and schedule shipments according to customer delivery requirements and stock availability.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and freight forwarders.
Prepare and review export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin/EUR1/FT-COO, Phytosanitary Certificate, Export Permits, Customs Declarations and Insurance Documents.
Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
Resolve shipment and customs clearance issues.
Monitor logistics costs and verify freight/forwarding invoices.
