Essential requirements

• Proven professional chef experience. Kitchen assistant experience alone is not sufficient.


• Experience preparing and serving breakfasts and lunches in a busy café or restaurant.


• Ability to commute reliably to Simon’s Town and arrive punctually for all scheduled shifts.


• A strong record of reliability, commitment, honesty and professional conduct.


• Availability to attend an interview within the next few days.

This is a daytime café position. Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical kitchen skills assessment as part of the interview.
