Job summary

Accenture in South Africa seeks a Strategy Manager within CEO Advisory to help C-suite executives navigate complex enterprise decisions and shape strategic agendas that drive growth, performance, resilience, and reinvention.

You will work with CEOs, Boards, and senior leaders to translate strategic ambition into actionable outcomes, spanning corporate strategy, operating model design, and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or executive advisory.
• Experience working with senior leadership and boards.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support CEOs, Boards, and Executive Leadership Teams in addressing complex strategic challenges.
• Develop enterprise-wide strategic recommendations linking growth, performance, workforce, technology, sustainability, and operating model priorities.
• Facilitate executive workshops, leadership discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, discussion papers, and board-ready materials.
• Translate macroeconomic, geopolitical, and industry trends into actionable client insights.
• Build business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
• Lead analytical work and develop strategic models to support decisions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within CEO Advisory.
