You will bring deep CMT industry expertise and command of AI-led transformation, digital operating model redesign, and enterprise-wide change to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial consulting experience in CMT or related sectors.
• Proven ability to originate and shape client opportunities.
• Strong delivery leadership across large-scale transformations.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior CMT clients to originate and shape opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programmes with accountability for pace and quality.
• Govern delivery with risk management and governance standards.
• Collaborate across Reinvention Engines (AI & Data, Technology, Industry & Process).
• Mentor and develop teams, foster inclusive, high-performance culture.
