You will blend structured strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery, coaching teams to turn ambition into action from strategy to implementation.

This role focuses on strategy-first transformation, leveraging digital, CX and innovation as value levers, while maintaining strong client relationships and accountable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation or management consulting, or equivalent strategy-heavy experience in industry/public sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills: you can structure complex issues and synthesise insights.
• Experience leading teams and delivering workstreams end-to-end (with appropriate support and oversight).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written, verbal and visual).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation work across corporate, growth, portfolio and operating model design.
• Translate strategy into implementable plans and delivery roadmaps with governance and risk considerations.
• Coach Consultants and Senior Consultants through delegation and feedback.
• Manage workstreams against scope, timeline and budget, identifying risks and trade-offs.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate across EY service lines.
