Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Reinvention Services – Financial Services to lead end-to-end transformation programs across Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management in South Africa and the broader Africa/MEA markets.

You will coach consulting teams, shape value cases and roadmaps, and deliver AI-enabled, GenAI-driven and experience-led transformations, partnering with clients to create measurable business value from day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consulting or strategy experience.
• Financial Services domain expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Technology, Data, AI and GenAI.
• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Science, Engineering or equivalent).
