Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, transformation or management consulting or equivalent strategy-heavy industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex issues and synthesise insights.
• Experience leading teams and delivering workstreams end-to-end with guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation work across corporate, growth and operating models.
• Translate strategy into implementable plans, roadmaps and governance structures.
• Coach consultants and senior consultants, providing delegation and feedback.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget and proactively identify risks and trade-offs.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and opportunity identification.
