ADvTECH Resourcing is seeking an Executive Specialist Recruitment Consultant to source, assess, and place senior executives with leading client organisations in South Africa. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing through offer negotiations, while delivering strategic market insights to clients.

The role requires a proven track record in executive recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications preferred).
• Proven track record of success in executive recruitment or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of executive compensation, market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
