The role requires a minimum of 6 years in executive search, success placing C-suite and board leaders, and strong networking, research, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in executive search within a leading consultancy.
• Proven success in placing C-suite, board-level, and senior leadership positions.
• Exceptional networking, research, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex organizational structures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Strong understanding of Bloemfontein and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments from client briefing to candidate placement.
• Develop and execute targeted search strategies for senior leadership roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and influential professionals.
