Job summary

Persona Staff is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team in Cape Town. The role requires a degree in HR or Industrial Psychology, a minimum of five years in recruitment, and impeccable English. Travel to the USA for training will be required.

• Manage and updating job descriptions.
• Apply the relevant labour law regulations.
• Communication with candidates and agencies.
• Maintain the administration for the recruitment process.
• Research salaries for compatibility.
• Provide weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Managing the relocation and transfers for international candidates.
