Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in budgets, operational efficiency, and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily cogeneration plant operations, ensuring safe, reliable energy production.
• Oversee the maintenance department, implementing proactive strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high performance standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental permits, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of plant personnel, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, suppliers, and corporate management on operational matters.
