Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the cogeneration plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient energy production.
• Oversee the maintenance department, implementing proactive strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining high performance standards.

• Experience with environmental and safety management systems is essential.
