Job summary

The position offers hybrid working and core overlap with UK hours, supporting the Managing Partner and Finance Manager in a small, fast-moving investment environment.

The ideal candidate has experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, strong diary and travel coordination skills, and comfort with finance administration and investor-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as EA/PA or admin assistant supporting senior executives.
• Diary management, meetings scheduling and travel coordination experience.
• Strong multitasking, organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with invoices or basic finance administration a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work UK hours for part of the day.

Responsibilities

• Support Managing Partner with scheduling and diary management across time zones.
• Plan and coordinate multi-city international travel (UK, SA, Gulf, US).
• Assist with finance administration, invoices and expense claims.
• Assist with investor onboarding, events and relationship administration.
• Maintain investor pipeline and follow-ups; support office operations in CT.
• Take ownership of operational projects as the Cape Town office grows.
