HotelJobs in the Eastern Cape is seeking a Lodge Manager for a 5* luxury lodge with 10 rooms. The role reports directly to the owners on site and requires a Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management along with 3–5 years' game lodge or boutique hotel experience.

The ideal candidate will have luxury front office and F&B management experience, be able to manage the lodge on duty, and adhere to Policies and Procedures with strong staff leadership and high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' game lodge or boutique hotel experience.
• Experience in luxury front office and F&B management.
• Manage lodge when on duty and follow Policies and Procedures.
• Strong staff leadership and attention to detail.
