Job summary

Recruit-It in Gauteng seeks an IT Manager to define and execute the enterprise IT strategy across applications, infrastructure, data governance and security. You will own ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Azure, and Sage 300 integrations, lead governance aligned with ISO, ITIL, and best practice standards, and drive cost optimization and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in computer sciences or related field.
Required certificates: AZ-104 – Azure Administrator; MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator; SC-300 – Identity and Access Administrator; AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect; MD-102 – Endpoint Administrator; SC-100 – Cyber security Architect; SC-200 – Security Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a 3–5-year enterprise IT strategy.
Align IT Road map with corporate and commercial objectives.
Establish governance frameworks aligned to ISO, ITIL, and best practice standards.
Own the end-to-end life cycle of all enterprise applications and ensure integration between ITSM (ServiceNow), ERP (Sage 300), Google Workspace, and Azure.
Architect and manage enterprise workloads on Azure, including VMs, Entra ID, and disaster recovery.
Oversee IT service delivery, SLAs/OLAs, and security operations with emphasis on data protection and risk management.
