Job summary

You will lead technology delivery and architecture, data governance, cyber risk, vendor management and resilience programs, guiding a multidisciplinary team to optimise operations and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar Head of Information Systems role.
• Experience managing complex technology environments with automation and integrations.
• Experience engaging at MANCO/EXCO level.
• Strong vendor management and outsourcing experience.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Experience establishing data governance, information management and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute short- and long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Align technology investments and architecture with organisational priorities.
• Lead design, implementation and improvement of scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee the SDLC, systems integration and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Ensure availability, performance and resilience of critical systems.
• Provide executive oversight of cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage IT budget and vendor/service provider relationships.
• Lead and develop the IT team and governance structures.
