Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning programs and procedures, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilization.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify and address maintenance or cleanliness issues.
