Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in luxury lodge or premium hospitality operations.
• Senior housekeeping or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene, standards, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to achieve service excellence.
• Oversee guest rooms, laundry, and public areas to luxury standards.
• Ensure SOPs and Qwabi service standards are followed.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experience.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold luxury standards.
