Qualificações

• 6+ years in Food & Beverage management in luxury hotel or fine dining.
• Director-level experience (3+ years).
• Proven ability to drive F&B revenue and manage costs and P&Ls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced financial acumen and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all F&B outlets, including menu engineering and service standards.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage F&B staff hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Control F&B costs: inventory, supplier negotiations, waste reduction.
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations compliance.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu development, quality, and presentation.
• Oversee banquets, events, and private dining experiences.
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms; monitor industry trends.
