The ideal candidate has a master's degree in relevant fields and at least 8 years of leadership in early childhood settings, with strong communication and regulatory acumen.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles within early childhood settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, staff management, and operational logistics.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful center management and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire child development center.
