Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in childcare management or leadership.
• Proven leadership, communication and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the childcare center to ensure high-quality care and education.
