Crew Life at Sea is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cruise ship spa. You will lead the spa team, manage bookings, treatments, and retail, and maintain the highest guest service standards.

The ideal candidate has spa management experience on cruise ships, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Portuguese. You must be willing to work long hours at sea and in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience is mandatory.
• Spa Manager or senior spa management experience required.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
• Ability to work long hours and adapt to life and work at sea.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the cruise ship spa.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate spa therapists and staff.
• Ensure guest service excellence and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor spa bookings, treatments, sales, and daily performance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
• Manage spa products, equipment, and inventory.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health regulations, and shipboard procedures.
• Prepare reports and communicate departmental performance to management.
