You will oversee daily operations, staff development, curriculum implementation and regulatory compliance, ensuring safety and educational excellence.

You will manage budgets, engage with parents and the community, and drive continuous improvement and innovation. A strong leader with 7+ years in childcare and 4+ in management is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in childcare; at least 4 years in management/leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of early childhood development principles.
• Proven staff management, training and development experience.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English; multilingualism advantageous.
• Experience with marketing and parent engagement strategies.
• Clean criminal record and relevant certifications.
