Placements24 is seeking an Executive Chef for a prestigious Cape Town kitchen, blending on-site leadership with remote strategic planning. Lead menu concepting, ensure top-quality execution, and drive team performance in a high-end dining setting.

You will manage food safety, costs, supplier relations and training programs, shaping the guest experience for local and international patrons. A culinary diploma is preferred, with at least 8 years of progressive experience and strong leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years progressive culinary experience, with at least 4 years as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end establishment.
• Demonstrated expertise in modern cuisine and a refined palate.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute innovative, seasonal menus that align with brand and guest expectations.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including procurement, preparation and presentation.
